A neurotypical graphic artist with severe mental health issues but who has always been a bit mental and had a different view of the world around him and who sometimes talks of himself in the third person!
Pheasants are beautiful birds and I love them to bits. But I wish they were just a smidgen better at deciding what to do when a car approaches. Go left or go right. Pick one one! But don't run in front of the car either!

Taking the bin out, I saw this bright yellow #slug. We get loads around here. But you rarely see one that has just pooped!

The hole on its side is where slugs both breathe and poop!

And the long brown pellet on the ground is its poop!

Lovely dog photo portrait I did for someone I met on a short holiday.

Some Scottish garnets I've found on the beach.

I know it sounds like,"oh there's a pile of garnets!" But it wasn't like that.

I sat on the beach and picked through the sand for ages for them. They're not big but have a lovely colour!

Also, this! I just posted.

I saw this button. It is big and red and near a fire exit and alarmed and the picture above shows me pressing it and running away!

It's actually telling me to do it!!

I was thrilled and so humbled to be part of a small number of people to hear the talented quartet, Scottish Ensemble, at #maggieslanarkshire #cancercarecentre

I wish to thank them for supporting Maggie's, patients, families and medical professionals.

Wow! This is stunning! Closest wildlife I can get to is deer or our neighbours cat, Dave! He's wild!

I'm reading that some people don't know how the aurora borealis and australis work.

It's really simples!

Our sun chomps down on an extraterrestrial comet or some funky tasting meteor, gets a bit of an upset tummy and BOOM!

Sun Farts!

Question!

Do you read a book once and then get rid of it?

Do you read a book many times and keep buying more books?

Do you also love non-fiction reference books?

Do you need more shelves and bookcases?

Over 4 million non-white soldiers & laborers mobilised during WWI, fighting and working on a global scale. From the Indian Sepoys on the Western Front to the Senegalese Tirailleurs & the Chinese Labor Corps, the war was won through the immense overlooked contributions of people from across the world

A friend's very distinguished, tuxedo cat with a neck tie!

She looks so soft, so cuddly, like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth. And she'll curl up beside you and purr away letting you clap her, looking at you with so much love! Aawww!

Then, without warning ...

Aaarrgh!

Recovering from poor mental health is awful. You know 'how' to do things. You just can't get your body to cooperate.

Here's my second watercolour.

Popped in to a beautiful hotel, The Inn in the Lake, Ullswater in the Lake District, UK, for a cuppa.

I need to get a finer liner, I think.

My wife, very kindly has supported me through a terrible mental breakdown and has just bought me a beautiful, small water colour set and has encouraged me to try to paint again. The very small pad has made it feel manageable. Scary still. Writing this and posting it, my stomach churns.

This garden spider let me take its picture while patiently waiting on its web for its dinner. The light shines through its semi transparent legs wonderfully and the orange, white and light brown markings are strikingly beautiful.
