I think we've all done it to a degree because if someone puts it into words for you then that's great! Now you have words for it. But yes, especially with hate or dislike, it's much better to dive into why you have that reaction. But these ppl aren't even having that reaction! They're borrowing one!

It also needs to be said that there is an entire industry that thrives from the notion that if you obsess to an unhealthy degree about your resume, interviews and the job hunting experience you will get the job. They profit from this.
