Without stabilizing Venezuela or the region, no one will invest the $100+ billion over a decade to bring production back to historic levels.

Plus, there's a glut in the global oil market, and prices are falling.

To be clear the oil companies that spent billions on infrastructure are going to be running the money part Unfortunately I don’t see them creating a sovereign wealth fund.

The way DJT will "run" the country is give all the oil assets to the oil industry and take every dollar he can out of the country and pocket it.
