The project underscores Earth Trust’s commitment to inspiring positive change and equipping communities to address the environmental challenges of today. The image shows the VELUX office building in Kettering, an impressive structure with a modern, angular design. The building features extensive use of wood in its construction, giving it a warm, natural aesthetic. The roof has a distinctive shape, curving upwards in an elegant arc that adds a dynamic architectural element. This is Tam, one of Agile Homes’ housing types. Tam is moveable. The picture shows two Thames in different locations, modern interior and a set of plans for a 37 m² one person one bedroom home.

Living in a straw bale home in this weather would be crazy, right?
Wrong!
Straw changes its moisture content in sync with its environment.
As it does this, there is heat exchange at a cellular level within the fabric of the straw itself!
It keeps you cool in summer & warm in winter!

With perfect timing on the same day Rachel Reeves announced £39 bn for new homes, we signed an agreement for a significant investment. I’d like to say we planned this with the Chancellor, but I can’t! Instead it’s a synchronicity win!
The investment comes with a £25 m fund to pay to build new homes!
