Once more the republicans have refused to even discuss health care saying before the shut down happened, they could do afterward, democrats justififiedly didn't trust them, and now they are back and haven't even started although apparently the year ends at the end of January.
Republicans left the Obamacare cliff to the last minute. Some are regretting it.
GOP lawmakers knew subsidies were expiring and premiums would spike, but no clear, conservative alternative emerged.
