Bought a cake w/ orange syrup & whipped cream. Certain 1st partner would’ve made soak w/ Curaçao & orange zest to cake and/or whipped cream. Liqueur in whipped cream as well. Jim spoiled me for ordinary things. I sometimes simplified recipes for kids, never for adults. Food is always love.

Overcompensation for a youth with no Queer cinema or TV series so I now binge watch Asian shows. Today I mused over the common cliché in these works that one lead pursues relentlessly whilst the other is indifferent or clueless until.......BOOM! Love at long last. Grin.

There was an inexpensive Brut Champagne with the shrimp scampi I put together for supper last evening. Would that I'd someone to share it with. Everything was grand but for company.

@royalblood1.bsky.social Watching an unserious, lightweight Korean series, "The Master's Sun". Not recommending but the Cute as Fuck, Seo In-Guk is a main character & it struck me just now that incredible looks can be a kind of wound. If a potential lover cannot see past pretty, it could be sad.
