For such a minor matter, the wheels of Finnosh justice have turned very story. It surely can't take more than 18 months to decide whether to press charges or not. Slow justice is also poor justice.

IIRC correctly, the fascist was in the news for speaking to the parliament of UKR, then a bunch of people noted Halla-aho is fascist and the Halla-aho got all pissy about it, and reported them for libel---something he said he wouldn't :D
