I have been very sad today yet I don’t cry. I haven’t cried in years. I’ve wanted to try to force it, feel a release. My previous depression had constant weeping. I’ve grown to a point where everything has a reasonable explanation, and I do not get to the peak where tears are necessary.

I miss it.

I had a good day. I have lots of good days but today was just nice. Back to pre Xmas weight, cleared a small tree and tidied the mud and roots, street skate on new paths followed by a gym session, healthy lunch, meal prep later tonight and session 0 for 5e Spelljammer. Cat on my lap, it’s a good day
