I had to go out for some groceries this morning. My 1st shot at avoiding anything from the US.
I needed apples so I skipped over those from the US. ON grown only. Got some broccoli from Mexico.

As a designer, it is disheartening to see big corporations rolling back their DEI initiatives and policies.
Diversity fosters creativity and innovation, builds strong reputations, and has a positive financial impact, while improving retention.
