This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

I’m a huge fan of how Stars used all of the plant items and the door to make it look very lively and nature filled! And I love that we both put a cat on a shelf ahaha! If anyone else does this level and wants to share we’d both love to see! The game is on sale on steam right now!
