This is why having all the levers of law enforcement and military solely under the orders of the Executive Branch is so dangerous. Why was all the US Citizen Data so accessible by "private contractors"? Should have taken a signed POTUS order w/ congress countersigned!

I remember that it was published that the estimates of soviet ICBM nuclear capability was inflated by the CIA/ NSA/ Defense Industry to justify an order of magnitude more US Taxpayer investment in the Military Industrial Complex. USA! USA! We're the #1 (belligerent)!
