🎉 @tullioviola.bsky.social has been awarded an NWO Open Competition XS grant (€50,000) for his project Folk Narratives and Social Critique. He will explore how Addams & Du Bois used myths, songs, and legends as tools for knowledge making and social critique.

Take a look at the new website of the "Gendering Sociology" project, a network of Italian scholars (PI Chiara Ferrari, Milan) seeking to broaden the sociology canon by looking at early women sociologists (such as Jane Addams and many others).
