Constant noise. Constant pressure.

Be the “best version” of yourself. Be happier. If only you keep improving.

But it sets a standard no one can reach.

I was there when the smartphone craze exploded.

Life is the same way.

Our careers, relationships, and creative passions should bring us closer, not consume us.

So the real challenge?

Then there are influencers who suggest that purpose must come from your job.

While this can be inspiring for some, it also narrows the idea of purpose to just one aspect of life: work.

But what if purpose isn’t something we find?
What if it’s something we create—across multiple areas of our lives?

Or maybe, I’ve been looking in the wrong places.

We’ve been sold this idea that purpose is some grand, singular thing. That it must be found. That it must be tied to work.

Every day, we’re exposed to perfectly curated success stories, setting unrealistic expectations about work and meaning.
