I just ate breakfast.
Now,I’m going to use the restroom and get ready for work.

It's because of lack of confirmation. I'm disappointed in myself like this.

I often do this at work.

So instead of being impatient because I can't sleep, i’ll study English.

It’s like a broken heart.

Three things I learned today.

1️⃣It is important to express in my own words what moved me.

2️⃣ A stimulating life can make my senses go haywire, so it's important to feel happy with small stimuli.

3️⃣ No matter how busy I am, make time to think.

It's not enough just to do the vocabulary book.
I have to hear the sounds, and I have to pound them into my mind until I can visualize what they mean.

The quality of the listening practice is totally different without the scripts.

I work at City Hall and in my current department I am in charge of video production as public relations.
I find it very rewarding because it is creative and adds value.
To be honest, I hate proofreading and other clerical work, and I often feel that I am not cut out to be a city hall employee.

When practicing listening to English, sometimes I don't understand what they are saying because there is no manuscript.

In such cases, I found it very useful to use an app called "group transcribe" to transcribe the words and refer to them.

I learn the other meaning of “season”.

“Natto has a strong smell so the most common way to eat it is to season it with soy sauce and pour bit over a bowl hit rice.”

I buy skin care products on a regular basis, so I get more points during my birthday month.
But those points can usually only be used until the end of the month.

I started losing weight yesterday.

I do strength training on a regular basis, so the key is to eat a good amount of protein and keep the fat down.

So today I made keema curry with chicken meat.
This is a very diet-friendly dish. I made it today.

Yesterday, I experienced the marriage of Japanese tea and parfait at a cafe called "Chachanoma.

It was a wonderful experience for me to learn the depth and interest of Japanese tea, which I usually drink.

Tomorrow, I will buy Japanese tea utensils and learn more about Japanese tea.

Today was a mess with broken folding umbrellas and getting rained on.

I’m ashamed that I said I’d write a diary everyday and then skipped two days.
