For years now, I've been wondering how so-called sustainable fuels were able to claim such large reductions over traditional fossil fuels, even though they are still being burnt and releasing carbon into the atmosphere, and now I see it is due to some bullshit, backwards-ass, liars' logic.

Today's CBC article on the new congestion charges in NYC linked to a list of the worst traffic cities in North America and Halifax is #5 on that list.
Congestion charges have been highly successful in many cities worldwide. It's time Halifax looks into them and drastically improves public transit.

Rising enrollment is not a "problem", it's a good thing. The problem is insufficient infrastructure and staffing.
