I've walked over 60 miles in the last three weeks and have probably had five days over 1000 calories and none over 1500. We took Jaxcen to Legoland which made today a cheat day. After consuming over 4000 calories I decided I had to go for a walk no matter how late we got home.

Stopped at an Asian market for supplies for poke tomorrow, accidentally wandered down the drink aisle. Oops.

There are some things that concern about this new Pope.

I think it's already established that I am overly excited about attending UAF for a 38 year old, but I honestly just keep finding more to be excited about. With the exception of ethnobotany, these are all certifications I will probably try to work through the next few years.
