I have emergency anxiety meds, but I have a really hard time understanding when I should take them. Which means, by the time I realize "hey, maybe taking my meds would help" the crisis is usually long pass. Does anyone have tips?

I can only imagine the bravery of those working in call centers. They HAVE to answer the phone knowing people ALREADY hate them.

2024 is starting strong with musicals, saw the screen adaptation of Hamilton, saw a live musical with one of my favorite singers and now Hazbin Hotel. Can't wait to see what else this year will bring (dare I wish, Hadestown?)
