Just read the Republican Budget Resolution.
No SPECIFIC mention of Medicare/Medicaid..But, the House of Energy And Commerce Committee does need to cut around $880 billion by 2034 under this bill. Since the largest portion of the budget is the Medicaid program..cuts to the program would make sense.

Just read the Republican Budget Resolution.
