When you're absolutely screaming for Ramizani and Farke brings on Struijk and Rothwell to the utter bewilderment of practically everyone in the stadium, then they create and score both goals between them.

We know fuck all 😂

He really doesn't. He's second on the championship top scorer list and top for goal contributions, despite being on the bench for early part of season. His numbers are exceptional
Whilst of course you want to strengthen in January to cover every contingency, in his last three matches Joel Piroe basically put on a masterclass in response. Four goals, an assist & a smattering of key passes too. Genuinely doesn’t get enough credit. #lufc

Ruthless performance that. Dan James MOTM. He wasn't as influential second half, but he terrorised them in the first. 💛💙

Should have had more, but at same time, they had couple of decent chances so can't complain. Good away win.

Never expected us to buy anyone in January. Hard to argue we needed to when top of the league with a superb defensive record and having scored considerably more than anyone else. There's obviously positions we could strengthen, but I think it's incredibly tricky in the championship to get any...

Wow. You can't even say it flattered us. Absolute demolition job. Perfect. #LUFC

Training session stuff almost, looked like an absolute chasm of class separates the two sides in that half. #LUFC should be further ahead really.

You'd struggle to put together a 90 second highlights package from that.

Fair result, nothing happened. #LUFC

Hull beating Sheff U and Sunderland dropping points at home to a dreadful Plymouth side was not the weekend I was expecting.

The whole move was brilliant, but that's such a good ball from Aaronson to James it deserves special mention. #LUFC

Nowhere near as comfortable as scoreline suggests. Delighted with that result though, I always fear Yorkshire derbies.

A couple of times in first 20 minutes it's looked like the easy out was passing back to Meslier and players haven't taken it. First time they do, he gives it away. Needs a confidence booster save or something I think.

Frustrating one. We were well off it and they defended really well. Everyone has those days. #LUFC

The clean sheet is all the more impressive when you consider they'd scored in 29 consecutive home games. #LUFC

I didn't think Ampadu was going to be able to break the excellent Tanaka-Rothwell partnership, but Farke clearly knew what he was talking about when he said he was vital to our away form. Huge results. #LUFC

It's a great finish from Piroe. For how frustrating he can sometimes be, we've no one else who can finish like him.

That's a great result, especially in those conditions.

That really wasn't good enough today. Think Meslier should have saved their goal, and the one Bamford missed kinda sums up the issues we've always had with him - he's either in form and scoring 10 in 15, or out of form and missing sitters. #LUFC

There's at least 3 Ao Tanaka's on the pitch at times, I'm sure of it. #LUFC

Credit to Boro for not parking the bus. They look a genuinely decent side. #LUFC
