So often e-moto are called e-bikes. The laws and understanding of e-bikes is messed up too and it's kind of frustrating. Enforcement is not really there because of confusion but then e-moto casts a shadow of danger on comutting e-bikes which are not dangerous to rider or pedestrian

I kind of take issue with it. When road design and car design promote speed, then speed happens. Making it punitive against human psychology seems backwards and does it really make anyone safer?
