When talking about this on tumblr someone pointed out the way Sleeper treats hosts mirrors how Tel-Karr treated Venom and its so TRUE

they said something like "you act like your parent's abuser" GOD i hope Ewing digs into that more

I love Sleeper's arrogance, it's the perfect halfway point between being the Spoiled Youngest Child & its control issues stemming from PTSD

I love how Sleeper's toxic traits are finally being called out.

I love love love how affectionate and nurturing Eddie and Symby were to Sleeper, and I love how Sleeper internalized that familial love & shows the same level of care to Dylan, albeit in a way that respects both their boundaries

so I am going to ramble about them here in moments of downtime while at work

Come to think of it, there's also Rascal, who was created from pieces of both Eddie & Carnage.

Dylan gave Rascal to Normie Osborn, who had a fantastic miniseries about passing his own generational trauma onto the baby symbiote, and later they went to Avengers Academy together.

May I also recommend Avengers Academy: Marvel's Voices? It's an absolute TREAT. Very openly LGBT+, does right by my girl Escapade, just a wellspring of joy and positive character growth.
