It is precisely that. I was an Android user for well over a decade and developed apps. I switched over to writing iPhone apps and eventually switched devices too.
I hate the walled garden, but having a unified product for a unified OS means features just work and you don’t have weird extra steps.

because our system was kneecapped a long time ago to be represented at a level of 0.00015%

he's the commander in chief under that oath - that's what I was saying, not that the oath is to him. my bad for not being clearer, but my point stands, and goes well with yours - no one swears an oath to a president. folks should stop jumping to conclusions on this kinda stuff and spreading fear.
