Here's my annual screed about Words of the Year. DictionaryDOTcom just announced its 2025 WOTY, "six-seven." I have no problem with the choice, or with WOTY in general, but deciding on anything-of-the-year with two months left to go is fucking absurd. It's like Xmas decorations before Halloween.
