i made a template you can use to think about what "frame/negation/kirby" looks like for other issues.
For example:

Don't think electoralism will solve the country's core issues. Voting blue and seeing progressive policies be sanded off from candidates when they enter office has been constant. The Parliamentarian, much less a Congressman, won't lead to socialism. Some other form of praxis is necessary

One of my last therapists saw that someone in a therapist fb group asked chatgpt to do writeups for them and I was like wtf thats a hippa violation, ai trainers can see that shit, none of your prompts are private and is actively used for training ai, source: worked as ai trainer

Still trying to process that a former therapist went to the police academy. He wanted me to do breathing exercises while he looked at his phone during sessions even though I wanted to learn Accept Commit therapy from the therapist before him instead.

It's weird. I'm ok with interacting with strangers. But when interacting with friends or even acquaintances, my social anxiety goes way up. Guess it's a fear that I will disappoint them or I say stupid shit and catastrophize that our friendship ended
