Yes, Canada should not have two fighter aircraft platforms. That indeed would drive up maintenance costs.
The solution? Canada should procure the Saab Gripen fighter aircraft, cancel the remaining F35's on order, and sell off the F35's that we have already received.

I want Congress to vote on the release anyway so it boxes in Trump.
