Ive done dozens of lease buyouts. Commercial and otherwise, & many didn't have access to the gofundme or online presence/connections to which you have access.

Also they turn off utilities or the cost greatly reduced of not eliminated if the unit is empty! It's a BS argument. No showers, no lights used, etc= no charges incurred!

I've worked with women who come from abuse, & they don't call an attorney as early as they should to their detriment. It makes me boil they lose rights due to time. I understand why...but as i said to them as we walked into Court: "Remember, if someone hits you, it means they dont like you!"

Yes...you need 1!!!! I'm not admitted in Texas, or wherever the "never quits" guy quit to run to, but we can talk about your rights.
I'm sure if you asked your network others can make referrals. I can seek connections too. Frankly, it would help secure legitimacy of this matter also.

The possibility the tenant will default, walk away, damage the properly, etc + the value of money now vs money later overwhelms.
