Well, I just had the first tea I didn’t like. It had the fragrance of hot dogs. I gave it a go, but that’s a no from me. It was my fault. When I read the description it said “hints of snow peas”. What a missed was the second line of “and mung beans.”

I played my first gig since my injury last night. While my chops felt fine, I wasn’t ready for the initial surge of anxiety. It took me a little bit to settle down but I learned a lot from it. We talk about the music so much but forget about the mental battles that we have to win as well.
