So basically, any child bearing age woman would be able to park in a designated spot.
How would you enforce that exactly. That question alone raises privacy concerns. Not to mention that there aren’t enough spots for disabled people (me included) as it is.

I also think that MSL will never truly be accepted into the world wild soccer world until it is structured more like the European model. FWIW, I wasn’t taking a position on it earlier, I just figured that may be happening since they were taking the season change to align with other leagues

Well college ball will mostly be two months with the bowl games played during the break. While I agree with you about the fact that there are problems with relegation. It does add incentive to owners who get knocked down bc of the significant income reduction.

An important article. But it saddens me to note that the artificial barrier between the COUNTY of the City of St Louis and ST LOUIS COUNTY skews City crime rates higher based on data collection methodology. Of course the issue in this article only makes matters worse.

I emailed him this AM. Worst part is they announce plan “A”, which was denied but w/let dems seem reasonable. THEN over the weekend under cover of darkness, break with the party and caved. Why… did they just want a relaxing holiday season? I need someone to explain exactly what we gained from this!
