They're the same picture? I often make a digital paintover when I want to try out something fast. In this case, the painting is almost done, but I want to try some final touches. Here's the painted head, converted from a 40K ork. You can see why I felt I needed bigger eyes: I wouldn't have where to put all that detail on the original sculpt.

Joking aside, there are a lot of cool fantasy to 40K conversions that people are doing, but not so much the reverse
