On a work trip in Nishiwaki, Kansai. I joked about the hot footprints on the carpet in feedback forms and got this lovely response along with a reply to a comment about the scant notepaper provided. I’m enjoying listening to Alan Moore warning not to mess with Ars Goetia demons just in case.

Found this beauty of a hawkmoth on the garden hose this morning. The wings look freshly hatched and slightly asymmetric. Probably Theretra oldenlandiae

Great park session of Call of Cthulhu today in 34°C heat. Thanks to Manuel and the regulars, Mick and Jesse. Next month will be indoors to avoid the horror of heat stroke.
