Let us be happy. Let us contribute to society. Killing us helps no one. You're just killing people trying to be people.

Being trans is very real, very serious, and I'm so glad I'm sitting here today able to be my full self. No one is changing who they are—we're all just trying to be ourselves instead of being forced to be someone we're not. I don't know why that offends people so much. Everyone just wants to be happy

Not once have I regretted my decision, and I want to stress it was MY decision. My parents weren't accepting of it until they saw first-hand how much of a difference gender-affirming care was making on my ability to be a happy normal teenager.

I was a very quiet kid. I've since blossomed.
