I think I was offered a gown, but it just seemed like a waste of energy. I can't say enough good things about the technicians that have done my mammograms. They manage to be kind, matter-of-fact, and efficient.

I'm taking part in a vaccine trial with the Canadian Center for Vaccinology and I got the first H5N1 vaccine yesterday. I'm a bit achy, but I'm sure ibuprofen will fix me up!

I worked at the Tourist bureau in Fort Lawrence (as people enter NS by car) and I had people from the States record me staying different NS town names. Tatamagouche, Kejimkujik, Musquodoboit... it was a long video!

The awful thing is that 99.9% can be protesting peacefully, but all it takes is one person behaving erratically or inappropriately and it becomes and unsafe workplace. It's so frustrating.
