Update on my #fitnessjourney going well! I haven't lost more weight but since I've been able to increase my workout weights I can tell I'm losing fat at least. I'm also transitioning from cycling to jogging, my legs aren't happy but it's been easier than I thought. MAKING PROGRESS

1st post here is update on my #fitness journey, definitely liking how I look a lot more. I've maintained under 190lbs and have increased weight in a lot of my workout. Definitely seeing improvement and feeling better than I have in years. Got more to do but I'm making progress! #weightloss #better
