Learned by accident I can make ice cream in a food processor...... Was making a fruit puree to add to my protein shakes and added milk to thin it out and.... Yeah Damn thing was a great buy lol

Update on my #fitnessjourney going well! I haven't lost more weight but since I've been able to increase my workout weights I can tell I'm losing fat at least. I'm also transitioning from cycling to jogging, my legs aren't happy but it's been easier than I thought. MAKING PROGRESS
