I recommend “The Supermarket Monster” because it unironically is like those “I’m gonna stab you - said the Knife Man” Reddit 2-sentence horror posts and I love it.

I would not count Slenderman as mascot-horror because his intent is not to be “nostalgic-thing turned bad”, he’s just a cryptid in the forrest that pins people on trees.

IMO, mascot horror is defined as taking a nostalgic childhood character or object and twisting it into a horrific perspective.

Like the only thing that has been holding this site back for the past few months or so was the lack of people joining but that has just skyrocketed now hasn’t it lol
