I just realized how scary the concept of “being left in (x) year” would be. Imagine if the concept of a year was like an actual place that you couldn’t leave while everyone else around you could. That would be terrifying I think.

It’s actually crazy how much better this site is than Twitter despite being more barebones. Like when I scroll through I feel like I’m seeing the opinions of actual people and not just text on a screen.
