I think this is the crux of the matter. Against teams we expect to have the ball more against, YT, and BK or AO with three more offensive players in front makes sense, and then when we’re likely to be more equal, we play YT, BK, and AO. 4-2-3-1 to a 4-3-2-1. Or a variety of others due to our squad.

I’m not fuss which way it goes with him, but I imagine the arsenal fans were saying similar about Martinez during his loans. He’s still young and potentially has a future for us, to play or to take a profit on.

In the Tielemens article it suggested we were looking to play him further forward with Onana and Bouba the pivots so it’s possible he takes JJ’s place?

Honestly, it’s the album that got me into Metallica, I was britpop through and through until I heard king nothing. It lead me on a journey into metal which I’ve never got out. There’s no accounting for taste… and I have little of it, but it was a gateway for me!

You’re right he isn’t. I was gutted when he left, but when he went I moved on. He’s someone else’s problem so I don’t know why as a fanbase we even care what he’s saying or doing, be that positive or negative. I do think we as fans forget, it’s just a job for them. It’s not that deep.

Late to this. But Jesus have you never been out on a night out half cut and been chatting shit to someone? Lord knows what I’ve said in the past, ended up with people’s phone numbers who I wouldn’t have a clue about about the next morning. I don’t want him back but get a grip man.

We were lucky enough to be dry at the campsite but had to navigate a lake of shit after some toilets got turned over in a flooded area! Great times! 🤣

Was there, it had hammered it down and it was the first time it was dry enough to sit down and the sun was shining. Sat with my mates overlooking the main stage. I was lucky enough to realise how good we had it!

I know Damian Vidigany made a point about selling our own and that the team should have players who support the club and came through the ranks. Which says to me if JJ goes it’ll be for big money… I hope so at least!

He’s absolutely correct, the players needed the fans to be loud and proud. I didn’t get a ticket but I heard the support and it never wavered even at 5-1. It’s a cliché but every game is a cup final, and the home form during the UCL shows how instrumental we can be! Let’s get at them! #UTV

regenerated massively, you could say that sets the precedent. Is that because of the council… possibly. But I absolutely do not want taxpayers money being spent on their infrastructure.

I’m not sure I understand it, Manchester has had far more investment than Birmingham. They have media city built over the water from it. Following their commonwealth games they had significant improvements to public transport, the entire area around the etihad (albeit with investment from city)
