we really dragged those women's names out, paraded them around, stomped on their stories, exposed them to more hate, more public scrutiny, allowed men the world over to laugh at their pain, but at least we accomplished nothing and didn't hold a single person accountable at any point. great job team

this would not be an issue under my ideal political system, which is to give an elected leader $5 million 4 years before their term, after which their term lasts 4 years, and at the end they are executed at a big party 😌

like, LATE NIGHT THOUGHT, this is ultimately the same lesson the left tried to teach the liberal during the election, which they failed: you don't have to bow to the person killing you. you don't owe them fealty and mortal sacrifice if they come bearing the right paperwork
