Bled brakes fore and aft on my commute bike. Working way batter now, new pads were rubbing. Bikes are one thing that should never do drag.

I had just finished my workout, and there in the adjacent lane was a guy in flippers, one arm on a kickboard, and a PHONE in the other, #swimming laps. He was watching something on the screen, probably an old Esther Williams movie. SMH

Only rumours and hearsay right now, but apparently there were many non-unionized layoffs at the City today with no notice and immediate lock-out. If you're trying to reach someone specific at the city and can't, this might be the reason.
