I keep asking people who hate what has become of Twitter why they still use it and I keep hearing them say, "I don't really know." It makes me pretty sure that free will never actually existed.

Positive splits are underrated. I'm okay with not finishing strong, as long as I get the best time I can for the whole race. I like to go as fast as I can for the first third and then gradually slow down each subsequent mile, so I know exactly how much energy I have to give at the end of the race.
