Basketball junky. Music nerd. Fan of both brilliant and brilliantly bad cinema. Kung Fu practitioner. Avid reader.
I've read a few Newgate novels and a couple of autobiographies from the 1800s. So, I understand the antiquated dialect can be a deal breaker for many. Part of learning history involves encountering problematic discourse on paper.

This was Sasquatch. The little old lady was still jumping on the table and knocking over garbage cans well into her kitty 90s.

We just had to put our 19 year old cat down after she had a stroke. That one was gut-wrenching. My sympathies. In so many ways, animals make better and more loyal friends than most people.

The only seaweed that I've ever eaten before is wrapped around California rolls. There's a great Hemingway novel about bullfighting that takes place in the Spanish-American War. Forgot the title. Also, Jerome Priesler is a modern author who has written war time fiction.

Typically, I read older nonfiction as well. I mostly read true crime stuff from at least 100 years ago, usually focusing on the United States or the United Kingdom. I may find a copy of the soldier serving in Dohemy. #Nonfiction

He snuck a bunch of other Crips into the weekly Nation of Islam meeting while incarcerated at the Los Angeles County Youth Authority to discuss strategies against enemies without guards present. It was there that he was given a Malcolm X pamphlet and fell in love with reading.

My biggest joy in this book was watching his literacy grow and develop with each page. He dropped out of school after the sixth grade. He wrote his memoirs in prison. In pencil.

I think that you and Lil Donny are both pathetic excuses for human beings. Posting anti-trans rhetoric during Pride month speaks volumes about your willful and intentional ignorance towards a significant percentage of America and is shameful. Don't you have a couch to fuck somewhere?

Hey Mark. Your decision to migrate over here from Twitter (I'm never calling it x) caused me to create an account here. I'm still touchy about the Fox trade, particularly when Lavine has the same agent. It feels manipulative as a fan. Anyhow, it's always a treat to hear you call a Kings game.
