Look at this beautiful plate I served my brother. Everything was very delicious, though i did oversalt the steak, in my opinion. I know mom was with us & she was very proud.

This came out pretty delicious. It's fiddly but that's just using a mesh sieve. The shrimp are perfect & plump, sweetly saline. This needs to enter the breakfast regular rotation.

I know I eat the same fifteen ingredients in various versions but how can you kick this out of bed? I added nooch to the tofu after plating because it needed the savory umami notes. Eat the rainbow.
