Recruits for the 2027 class can start committing to schools this summer and it wouldn't be too surprising to see Utah do particularly well with that class. There is a lot to like about Utah in May.

Plus, if the House Settlement is approved, roster sizes for gymnastics go from 12 fully sponsored scholarship positions to 20. And the Red Rocks (and Utah) have a weekend to show off and impress.

Utah essentially gets a weekend of free visits for recruits in the 2026 and 2027 classes. A lot of 2026 recruits are already committed to schools, but flips happen all the time. And now all the top Level 10 prospects can easily visit/tour the University of Utah if they want.
