Miller is the second highest rated commit in Utah’s 2026 class, which is now four gymnasts in total.

Utah gymnastics adds to its 2026 recruiting class with 4-star Ayla Miller, a former Clemson commit. She keeps the Minnesota to Utah pipeline alive and well too.

Former Red Rock who coached Avery Neff (among many others) at Olympus in South Jordan. Really interesting (great) hire.

Big news for Sarah (who chose Utah as a preferred walk-on because she wanted to come home) which probably wouldn’t have happened if not for the House settlement.

Former Denver star Madison Ulrich visited Utah. If she does join the Red Rocks as a transfer, that will be a major win. She’d be arguably the most notable transfer to Utah ever.

This weekend is a big one for Utah gymnastics. USA Gymnastics' women’s development program (DP) national championships are being held in Sandy at the Mountain America Expo Center, starting today.

Makenna Smith and Avery Neff were gracious enough to talk to me after today's meet. They also fielded many requests from fans for selfies, climbing up tables to get closer and off the floor of Dickies Arena.

In an attempt to attempt to clear up some confusion.

Missouri appealed a score (the start value of of Amy Weir's beam routine). That appeal was successful and Missouri jumped ahead of Utah in the final standings.

Initially, before the score change, Utah finished in third.

I don’t know for sure, I think Mizzou appealed a score and it worked out for them.
Well now it seems the scores have been adjusted - and Utah has actually finished fourth.

Obviously today did not go how Utah wanted or hoped. Major mistakes and little ones showed up across every event, which had not happened for Utah for awhile.

It remains incredibly impressive though that the Red Rocks were here again. Getting to Four on the Floor is hard to do.
For a fifth consecutive year Utah is going to finish third overall in the country. It is the longest stretch of top 3 finishes without a national title for the Red Rocks since 2005 through 2009.

Oh no. Zoe Johnson's hand slipped on her block and she barely got around, landing on her back.
