Okay dumb question, but have you considered putting the tablets in a different bottle? All mine go in little flasks with stoppers, and readable labels in my handwriting, so much easier to use. Then you only deal with the terrible bottle once.

I don’t do this but I know others are told to see if you’re online before making the ask. That way they can get agreement on a response. If they ask and you’re not online, they can’t address follow-ups, urgency, etc.
