btw: before I had AABB collision but it... did some weird stuff and felt weird walking, so I just said "nah I'll redo it in worse way"

Well, my code has a variable that tracks the state of the animation and when the animation started it should switch to true, but in my code it switched to false, which made it so the animation can start again next frame
