It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.
Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.
Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

I haven’t read the news for a week. I know it’s important to be informed of current events but my mental health needed a break from being bombarded with all the negative things that I am powerless to change.

I just ordered three more books on ebay for part of my seminary research. Two of them were by Dr Letty Russel and one by Rev Dr William Barber. My book collection gets more interesting and varied with each semester.
