Just had the idea to go on an "attention diet", where I follow the rule that when I eat food, I can't do anything else. No phone, no computer, no music, just paying attention to the food. Hopefully this should help with my overeating and phone addiction? Or at least make me enjoy my food more

While trying to sleep I thought of some "yo daddy" jokes, like yo mama but for the dad, here's my favorites so far:
-yo daddy is so stupid, he tried to leave yall but he kept finding the milk so figured he had to go back

As a teen I had a lot of suicidal thoughts, and now when I'm upset it feels hollow. Like yeah I'm sad? But I'm not cutting my wrists over it. So. Idk. Guess it's fine actually

Sometimes when I'm falling asleep on my phone, I'll enter a state wherein I am too sleepy to move my hands, but awake enough to want to skip an ad. So I'll move my wrist to poke the button with my nose. I'm not sure what this makes me but it's not fully human

Really unfair that when things are real, we don't consider them magic anymore. I endeavor to study the unspoken, unread contracts that govern all human behavior, but my academic advisor insists it's called "philosophy as pre-law"
