MANCHESTER, N.H. – The New Hampshire State Police is investigating a crash that left three people injured, including a passenger identified as former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.  Just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, Troopers assigned to the Troop B barracks were investigating a reported domestic violence incident on Interstate 93 southbound in Manchester when a two-vehicle crash occurred across from them on the northbound side of the interstate. As a result of the collision, both vehicles went into the median and were heavily damaged.
