Yeah my first flare up was when I turned 32. Hopefully this minor flare up is just because of the transition to fall from Summer. The colder temps and all.

I’m on those also. They’re helping my normal areas but now new spots are flaring up. It’s like I can’t get ahead of it.

Psoriasis is something that plagues me, too. I need to find a new dermatologist but every time I do, it feels like starting over from square one. Do you mind if I ask what treatment she has you on now? The topicals just aren’t cutting it anymore, for me, and I’ve got new spots popping up all over😫
